Getting started

  1. Write to info@ragnetiq.com: we issue a key for your stores (with SmartBox and the AI assistant also for single language versions). Each product has its own key.
  2. Read the API basics: the key, the period, paging, limits and errors are the same in every product.
  3. Send your first request from a server – never put the key in a browser:

Common to every API

  • GET only, JSON responses in UTF-8, the key in the Authorization: Bearer … header.
  • A from/to period of at most 366 days, days counted in Europe/Bratislava as in the dashboard.
  • At most 120 requests per minute per key, raw data in pages (after, limit, next).
  • The same keys work in the MCP server: connect your statistics to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor.
  • The version is in the API path (/v1); within a version we never remove fields or change their meaning.
