Keys

Ragnetiq issues your keys, as for the APIs. Send them in the Authorization header; with several products, put all keys one after another, separated by commas. One key per product.

Authorization: Bearer as_YOUR_KEY,sb_YOUR_KEY

The key is as secret as a password. Use it from a server only (cron, backend, ETL), never in a browser or a mobile app. If it leaks, tell us: we revoke the old key and issue a new one; a revoked key stops working at once.

Apps that cannot set a header (for example custom connectors in ChatGPT or on claude.ai) can put the keys in the address: https://mcp.ragnetiq.com/as_…,sb_…. Protect such an address like a password: whoever has it can read your statistics. Use the header wherever you can.

Claude Desktop

Open Settings → Developer → Edit Config and add the server to claude_desktop_config.json (needs Node.js 18+). Then restart the app.

ChatGPT, claude.ai and others

Add a custom MCP connector without sign-in (OAuth) using the address with the keys: https://mcp.ragnetiq.com/as_…,sb_…. Set up other apps that support MCP over HTTP ("Streamable HTTP") like Cursor: the server address and the Authorization header.

Checking

The server answers standard MCP messages (JSON-RPC 2.0 over HTTP POST). You can list the tools without any AI:

Tools

The AI gets only the tools of the products whose keys you connected. All take an optional period from and to (YYYY-MM-DD, the last 30 days by default, at most 366 days); days are counted in the Europe/Bratislava time zone. The result is the product API's JSON.

AI assistant (as_)

Optional market: the domain of a language version, for example demo-shop.cz.

SmartBox (sb_)

Optional shop and market.

Smart Search (ss_)

Optional shop.

Raw data (conversations, events, orders) comes in pages with a smaller default size than in the APIs, so it fits the model's memory. The server shortens a very long response and asks the AI to request a shorter period or the next page.

What to ask

• "How did the AI assistant do this month compared with last month?"
• "What did customers in the Slovak version ask most, and what did the assistant recommend?"
• "Which Smart Search queries return no results? Suggest synonyms."
• "Which SmartBox products get many questions but few orders?"
• "Write a short monthly report from all my Ragnetiq products."

Security

• The server is read-only: the tools write nothing, change no settings and send nothing to customers.
• The server stores nothing. It uses the key only for the request to the product's API and returns the result to your AI.
• What the AI keeps from the answers is up to the provider of your AI app (Anthropic, OpenAI…) and your settings there.
• If a key leaks, tell us: we revoke it and issue a new one; a revoked key stops working at once, in MCP too.
